Very Good

Our stay was pleasant. Very good location, quiet place to rest and relax. The staff was friendly, all our needs were quickly solved. The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. The main drawback was the wi-fi, which was fine in the main room but was very weak in the bedroom. Regarding the room furnishings, our apartment was partially renovated, everything was functional and the equipment was sufficient. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a very good restaurant in the complex.

Parking is a nightmare. The property only has a handful of own spaces usually full. The streets are full and people are forced to park illegally. Police cones at night and leaves plenty of EUR 100 tickets. This spoils the fun of going out in the evening

We had a lovely time

Great location with sea views from all the apartments. Both the apartment and the complex were spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of San Agustin, but within easy reach by foot. It is private and not overlooked.

Unfortunately the council was repairing the beach path which runs alongside the complex, causing quite a bit of building noise from 7:30 on working days. So there is a continuous background noise if you stay in the complex during the day. However, this is not the Acapulco's fault. And once it's done, it should be quiet and there will direct access to the beach.

Very nice - other than the lack of TV.

The location is very quiet. It is probably suitable for older guests.

The one huge grumble is the TV. Your website says satellite television. This may strictly be true but to advertise this in the UK is a nonsense. The fact is that there are about 10 Spanish channels and 5 German ones - not one English channel. This means that guests from the English speaking world eg UK, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc, have no access to television. A polite enquiry at reception produced a shrug of the shoulders. This glaring omission slightly spoils what is otherwise a very pleasant resort.

Wonderful

We love this resort: all members of staff are super friendly, receptionists are multi-lingual, everywhere is spotless. new solarium is lovely. Plus the location is ideal in that it's a 15 min walk to San Augustin or half an hour walk in the other direction to the wind surf school and all the cafes and restaurants there. There's a wee pizza place 20m away and a very popular corner cafe about 150m. The best food is in Thai restaurant Sa Waa Dee, opposite the Spar, which also comes with a crazy golf course (which is too difficult!). SWD also have a restaurant in Maspalomas but it's not the colourful experience as the one in San Augustin.

There's nothing we don;t like about this resort. It's wonderful.

The two days we had there were very relaxing. Lovely pool and pool area. Had dinner at the restaurant which was very goo

Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay

We arrived quite late at night and struggled to get in through the locked gates and to access key in key box. We pressed SOS on the door. It was an automated message in Spanish & I believe German ???????? but nothing in English. After about an hour a lovely couple helped us & even phoned the manager I believe. He gave them codes we required and we got into our apartment eventually. I spoke to reception the next day and they told me an e mail had been sent to me. I could not find this e mail but eventually I sourced it on Booking.Com on a totally different page than my booking.

The room has a nice balcony. Nice design.

Location. You need the car for everything. No parking. You may find yourself parking almost 10 minutes of walking uphill from the hotel.

Brilliant place for a short break, very relaxing and peaceful

Really peaceful location. nice kitchenette with everything you can need. very friendly and helpful staff. beautiful view from the sea-view rooms. Very clean.

The property should have notified us earlier that the access to the beach from the property had been closed by the council.

Had a very good time.

The holiday complex is on a very steep hill n the bus stop n the beach was at the bottom. To get up or down was a climb. I have an arthritc knee n I found the walk difficult. A car or taxi for someone with a greater mobility problem would be a must.
